Tool manufacturing
On the basis of the construction data prepared using the most modern design programs, our specialised and experienced tool manufacturing division develops state of the art extrusion tools required for high quality profile manufacturing.

Mixing facility
Together with our raw material suppliers we have developed our own material formulations which are prepared for production in our own mixing facilities. For countries with extremely high global UV radiation we have developed an exclusive formulation to meet the regional climatic conditions. Care taken at the raw material mixing stage ensures highly finished profile surface.

Extrusion
The premium profiles are extruded on modern extrusion lines using specialised formulations, that guarantees Germany´s best surface finish.
Efficient and robust extrusion process assures the higher production rate, maintaining the desired quality level.

Lamination
The profiles are laminated with high-quality, UV resistant decor films using environmentally friendly adhesives. Process follows the latest guidelines from EN / DIN. Availability of numerous decors makes Salamander distinct.

Quality assurance
Ongoing, comprehensive quality checks by our test laboratory ensures consistent raw material standard and profile quality. In-house test facilities allow us to carry out various pretests to check the mechanical properties of the profiles. Functional tests such as air tightness, water tightness and wind resistance along with the corner breaking resistance test and climatic tests forms the part of basic conditions. In addition, profiles get tested and certified at the German testing institute ift Rosenheim.

Logistics
Our focus is on short delivery times, faithfulness to the deadlines. Adequately maintained stocks of profiles makes us reliable and flexible assuring timely delivery to the customers.
